How we share information
We share your contact details and the description of your roofing need with the independent roofing contractor who will contact you about the job. Details you later give the roofer directly (your address, photos, payment) are handled under that contractor's own practices.
How the request form works
When connected, the form sends what you typed and the page you sent it from to a form-handling service that passes it to us. It won't send unless you tick the consent box. How long we keep information
We keep request and call information for as long as needed to handle your request, keep business records and meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.
That covers the time a roofer is working with you and a reasonable period after, in case you call back about the same repair.
Security
