Who performs the work
Little Rock Shingle Roofers connects you with independent licensed roofers who perform the work. Little Rock Shingle Roofers is a referral and scheduling service. We are not a roofing contractor and do not perform roofing work. Every roofer we send is licensed and insured in Arkansas. Any estimate, contract, warranty, permit and payment for roofing work is between you and the contractor who does the job. Before you sign, ask for the contractor's Arkansas residential roofing registration or license number and verify it with the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board.
Estimates and scheduling
- Information on this website, including descriptions of repairs, materials and cost factors, is general. It is not a quote. The contractor gives you a written estimate after seeing the roof, before work starts.
- Our phone line is answered 24 hours a day. A contractor is sent as soon as it is safe to work; we do not promise arrival times. No one should work on a roof during lightning, high wind or ice, and busy nights after heavy weather can affect availability.
- Emergency protection, such as tarping, is temporary and priced separately from permanent repairs.
- Permits, inspections and code requirements are the responsibility of the licensed contractor performing the work.
Emergencies and weather
"Answering 24/7" means someone picks up the phone at any hour and takes your request. It does not mean a roofer can be on your roof at any hour. Timing depends on the hour, the weather and how many calls are open, and we can't promise an arrival time.
- Roofers do not climb in lightning, high wind or on ice, and may wait for a wet roof to dry. A visit can be pushed back for these reasons.
- If anyone is hurt, a ceiling is sagging or water is near wiring, call 911 or your power company first. We are not an emergency service.
Calls, texts and the request form
When you call or send the request form, you agree that we may contact you about that request by phone, and by text or email if you gave permission, and may pass your details to the roofer we send.
- The form won't send unless you tick its consent box. Agreeing to texts is not required to get help; you can always call (773) 207-0769 instead.
- Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to texts.
- You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us on a call to stop contacting you about a request. We will pass that on to the roofer as well.
- Only give a phone number you are allowed to use, and only request work on a property you own or may have repaired. Renters should check with their landlord first.

Safety information on this site

- Never climb onto a wet, icy or steep roof, and never go up during or right after a storm.
- Look for damage from the ground, a window or the attic, with a flashlight, rather than from a ladder.
- Once a roofer is on site, follow their instructions about staying clear of ladders and the work area.
